In his own words, it goes like this:<\/p>\n<div><noscript><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"281\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/VN4b4UCWMKI?feature=oembed\" title=\"Introducing the American AI Sovereign Wealth Fund Act\" width=\"500\"><\/iframe><\/noscript><\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cThis legislation would give the public a direct ownership stake in the largest AI companies in America through a one time 50% tax, not on profits, but on stock.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>You\u2019re the captain now, American taxpayer. You own Big AI. Let\u2019s make sure it only does good things, and let\u2019s all reap the rewards. Plus, even if the stock tanks, it\u2019s not like we paid for it.<\/p>\n<p>And if one poll is any indication, America is onboard. There was a <em>slight<\/em> dip in overall support\u2014down to 64%\u2014when their question was phrased like this:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cRecently, Senator Bernie Sanders proposed legislation that would require artificial intelligence companies to transfer 50% of their stock to a fund owned by the American public.
